Refund Policy




The following items can’t be returned or exchanged.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)


Conditions of return/exchange:

If you are not happy with the ring, and you have a valid reason, we will gladly make you a new one for free. However, you will be responsible for the shipping costs and for the ring arriving to us.

We can not give an refund as the rings are made especially for you.


Note: silver rings can not be exchanged or returned as they are made to order just for you!
